Turnaround SLA ranges from 24 to 72 hours based on your edit style and retainer tier. Screencasts and short-form reels are typically delivered in 24–48 hours; multi-camera long-form edits are delivered within 48–72 hours. Rush 24h turnaround is available on demand.
Yes. On Apex and Megalodon tiers, you have full flexibility to mix edit styles (e.g., 2 Interview episodes, 1 Presenter thought-leadership brief, and 1 Screencast financial review within the same monthly billing cycle). Pod allows your choice of Presenter or Screencast per video.
Upon onboarding, we create a private, end-to-end encrypted high-speed Google Drive, Dropbox, or Frame.io project workspace with dedicated subfolders for raw footage, brand assets, and finalized broadcast masters. NDAs are signed prior to ingestion.
Yes. Every thumbnail deliverable includes the open layered PSD source file. Full DaVinci Resolve or Premiere Pro project archives can also be packaged upon request with your finished 4K ProRes deliverables.
